The holiday season is definitely upon us. With Mom back to work, it translates to late nights getting Christmas stuff together and early mornings getting up for work.
The Christmas shopping is done and packed (just not wrapped yet). Now onto rest of the packing, so we can visit family over the holidays.
Thankfully, I am not commuting into Boston everyday, during the holidays. This is 4 hours a day I get back! For this I am appreciative!
Subhead
In 2006, Scott and I moved to New Hampshire. But as time passed, our family grew. In 2010, we welcomed our son Jesse. Our little Lady Becca graced us in 2013.
With our lives happening at least 700 miles away from family and life-long friends, we love for you to follow along with us as our little ones grow.

First Snow
This year has been an unusual one. Our first snow flakes didn't come until last night. The ground is now white. If history speaks for itself, it will be white until spring (sometime between March to May).
Pets BEWARE
So Jesse discovered the pets yesterday. Both Bear and Deuce got some loving from Jesse. He decided to pet them each for about 10 minutes. They were really good about it, since we had to clean the hair out of Jesse's hand every few strokes. I personally think that Deuce will take the loss of hair for the attention again.
We got it on the video camera, but Mom just needs to figure out how to load it. That is for another day.

Lunch Time
We are pretty lucky. Our son is generally a really happy guy. The only time he really cries is when he is hungry. And since he is over 16 pounds, needless to say he eats regularly. However, he has taken the transition from boob to bottle well. He is already helping Dad hold the bottle.
Shift Change
This past week has been an interesting one. My maternity leave has ended, so I went back to work on Monday 12/13. But Jesse has taken the transition wonderfully. Scott's last day at his job was Friday 12/10. He is staying home with Jesse. I think Jesse is loving the additional Daddy time!

Kuntzman Family Pictures
My brothers and I decided we would have professional pictures taken for my parents as their Christmas present. This may sound easy, but is actually really difficult to arrange, since we live in NH and Dale lives in PA. Not to mention all the kids schedules. But we made it happen. Jclaytorphotography took the pictures by the old dam in Kent. They turned out great and Jen did a fabulous job! If I had to guess, it was alot like herding cats.
Like Father Like Son - Twice
Shortly after pictures of Scott and Jesse in their matching Ohio State Shirts were out, we got a call. Scott's Dad called to say he had the same shirt. So while we all were in Ohio for Thanksgiving, we couldn't resist getting a picture of all three Heaton boys in there matching shirts.
Here Goes Nothing...
I love following Dawn's blog and watching her daughter Sadie's milestones. As a result, I have decided to try to do the same. We will see how it goes.
