Scott has been working on the house again. His latest endeavor has been the laundry room. It is almost wrapped up, minus a few small items.
Subhead
In 2006, Scott and I moved to New Hampshire. But as time passed, our family grew. In 2010, we welcomed our son Jesse. Our little Lady Becca graced us in 2013.
With our lives happening at least 700 miles away from family and life-long friends, we love for you to follow along with us as our little ones grow.

Blackberry picking
I have just learned that we have a blackberry bush on our property. We discovered this while going for walks around the circle. The plant is on the edge of our property, along the road. I love to end a walk with picking a handful of berries.
Morgan and I took the kids for a walk and stopped at the berry bush as we were finishing. I picked a few berries and placed them on his stroller tray. Typically, Jesse is pretty neat. However, this time, he wasn't. I think it is because the berries were really ripe. Needless to say, he was covered from nose to boob line. Emma stayed clean, that was until Jesse gave her a big hug. Right into her white shirt.

Love for doors
Jesse's favorite past time right now is playing with doors. He has two doors in the kitchen that he can access, and boy does he! A door can entertain him for what seems like forever right now.

Portsmouth Air Show
The Portsmouth Air Show happened last weekend. Scott was soo excited! He has been planning to go for the last two years.
Last year he planned all summer to take the boat out to watch the airshow. When the weekend finally came, that Saturday morning, I woke up with contractions and Jesse was born a day later. Scott never got out to the airshow. He was able to see the planes from our hospital room though.
So he has been planning all summer to go again this year. On Saturday, we took the boat out on the Great Bay along with 100's of others. Scott loved it. Jesse could of done without having to wear his life jacket, but he got over it.
We did get to see some of the show again on Sunday. We stayed on land, as the weather was as nice. We even had a thunderbird fly right over us. (Within 200 ft). Scott loved it, but Jesse not so much. The planes can be really loud when they are that close.
I am sure with time, Jesse will learn to love airplanes as much as his Daddy does. Remember, his nursery is all airplanes. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures. There is always next year!

Mowing the Yard
Jesse has been fascinated watching Daddy mow the lawn.
So we decided to let him ride on the lawn mower. He loved it!

Backyard Campout
Scott and I bought a new tent, since our family has grown. Scott nicknamed the tent, a monstrosity. It is a ten person tent, with something like 177 sq ft of space. You can stand upright in the tent. It is nice. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the tent set up.
We weren't sure how Jesse was going to take to camping, so we tried it out in our backyard for a night. He did fine. (He sleeps in his pack and play - yes, it is that big.)
We had a good time! Got familiar with the tent setup and take down. Now we are excited to camp again soon!

Climbing the stairs
Jesse has mastered climbing the stairs. We have had to put up a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs, since this video was taken.
Exploring around the house
Jesse is definately exploring around the house. He loves to help me do the dishes. He decided he wanted to get a little bit more involved. :o)
Stratham Fair
We went to the Stratham Fair on Sunday the 24th. We were so thankful that we waited till Sunday, since it was cooler on Sunday. We hit 107 degrees earlier in the week. We visited the barns and saw all of the animals. This is a small fair, but they had a fun little petting zoo.
Scott was upset. All he wanted was a corn dog. We walked around the entire fair looking. No corn dog. So needless to say, Scott is anxious for the Randolph Fair, so he can get his corn dog.

Out on the boat with friends
Our friends Eddie, Mel and Makenzie joined us on the boat for a ride. We had a good time. The kids had dinner on the boat. When we got off the water, there is a park next to the boat ramp. So we let the kids play for a few minutes.
